Westminster School Performing Arts Center
Building the landmark Performing Arts Center at Westminster School transformed the architectural character of the campus. The new facility contains an extraordinary 400-seat theater for musical and dramatic productions, as well as a full complement of supporting spaces and equipment. This award-winning project designed by Graham Gund Architects didn’t just transform Westminster School. It also transformed DOC and helped establish our reputation as a premier builder of performance facilities. Comprehensive preconstruction services included multiple budgets, extensive design consultation and value engineering. We also prepared a detailed logistical plan to complete construction without disruption to on-going campus activities, and relocated utilities without affecting service to any other campus facilities.
