Yankee Candle Corporate Headquarters

Located in South Deerfield, MA this project involved construction of the new corporate headquarters building for Yankee Candle Company as part of their new corporate campus. The three-story, 75,580 square foot office building contains office and support spaces, a breakroom area, and space for store mock-ups. This project also required site work on an 80 acre site and work offsite to extend existing sanitary and water piping and bring it into the site. DOC served as construction manager for this project.
