Uniprise Servery Renovations

Located in Hartford, CT this 15,000 sq-ft renovation project created a modern food service and dining area for employees. At the start of construction a temporary food service and dining area was created adjacent to the site to maintain uninterrupted service throughout construction. Four large air handling units and four new kitchen hoods were installed, which required structural reinforcement of the existing beams and cutting of exterior precast concrete.
