Tower Square

This project consisted of multi-phased renovations to this mixed-use urban complex. In the heart of downtown Springfield, MA this building remained occupied while DOC managed renovations to this two-level retail arcade and food court. Other improvements included replacement of the exterior facade and extensive structural demolition. DOC also provided significant preconstruction planning for the project.
