Springfield City Library and Museums

This historic restoration project included three buildings within the City Library and Museums quadrangle. The main library building originally built in 1911, was completely restored on the exterior with a new terra cotta facade, skylights and roof. The Science Museum was renovated to create contemporary new exhibit space in the underutilized basement. The Museum of Fine Arts received extensive mechanical and HVAC upgrades to safeguard the valuable art housed there.
