Sheraton Hotel

A part of the Monarch Place complex, this 270-room hotel includes a health club, racquetball courts, banquet facilities, pool, restaurants, and underground parking garage. DOC served as construction manager and general contractor in a joint venture with O’Connell Brothers Construction.
