Smith College Chase & Duckett House

During the summer hiatus, DOC completed extensive interior and exterior renovations to these historic dormitories on the campus of Smith College. The 12-week project, designed by Juster Pope Frazier, required substantial preplanning and complex scheduling to complete the work in an extremely tight time frame. A new connector, including a two-story dining hall, was added between Chase and Duckett Houses.
