Safety Awards

The Safety Council of Western New England presented an Award of Honor to DOC in recognition of our success reducing our Occupational Safety Incident Rate, and also being below the NAICS Average. Our 2009 rate was well below the industry average of 4.4.

The Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts presented DOC with a Merit Award for an Exemplary Safety Record which was 25% below Division Incidence Rate for 2009.

Safety has always been a vital part of our company’s work ethic in principle and in practice. Congratulations to all of you whose safe work practices contributed to these two awards.
