Northeast Plaza at State House Square

DOC served as construction manager for the interior demolition and reconstruction of this mixed-use complex. Renovations included a new food court pavilion, base building system upgrades, and 200,000 sq-ft of tenant fit out. This project, designed by Sumner Schein Architects, required four phases, complex logistical planning, management of multiple corporate tenants, and accelerated schedules.
