NEPOOL Headquarters

This project included a 24,000 square foot addition and renovations to an existing 35,000 square foot two-story office building. The addition houses NEPOOL’s Control Room, computer rooms, emergency power sources, and conference rooms. The project included office space and facilities for 175 employees and parking for 200 vehicles. DOC served as construction manager and general contractor for the project.
