Monarch Place

This urban, mixed use development project totaled 869,000 sq-ft, with a 28-story office tower, parking for 240 cars, and a 275-room Sheraton Hotel. Designed by Jung/Brannen Associates, DOC served as construction manager/general contractor on this joint venture project.
