MIT VLSI Laboratory

This existing six-story concrete frame building on the campus of MIT was completely renovated to create laboratory and office space as well as Class 10-100 clean rooms for research. DOC provided estimating, scheduling, engineering, and equipment fitup services for this 74,000- sq-ft project. Symmes Maini &  McKee provided the design team for the project.
