Mercy Medical Center Family Life Center

This 25,000 sq-ft. facility on the campus of Mercy Medical Center offers 14 birthing rooms, three nurseries, two operating rooms, triage, and medical office space. The building is connected to the nearby main hospital facility by an underground tunnel. The challenges of building the new Family Life Center included the fast-track construction schedule and carrying out construction operations without disruption of hospital activities.
