Massachusetts Venture Center

This project involved the construction of a sophisticated technology park and office center adjacent to the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. The joint venture project, built on an environmentally sensitive site, was developed by O’Connell Engineering and Financial, and is managed by Appleton Corporation, both subsidiaries of the O’Connell Companies. The new center is designed to offer state-of-the-art, professional research space to start-up companies growing out of the Five College Area in Amherst.
