Harvard University Grays Hall
This historic dormitory in the midst of Harvard Yard received significant interior and exterior restoration, all within strict guidelines for historic preservation projects. The three-month time frame for construction, during the summer break, required substantial preplanning and complex scheduling. During preconstruction, we helped determine the scope of work, budget, and define items needing pre-purchase. CBT/Childs Bertman Tseckares served as architect for the project. Winner of a Certificate of Excellence for Project Team Effectiveness from the New England Construction Users Council. Winner of a National Trust For Historic Preservation Honor Award.
