Holyoke Gas & Electric Dam Rubber Flashboard Installation

This project involved removing several feet of the original dam crest. Air supply ducts were placed, and a new concrete dam crest and pier walls were poured. The inflatable rubber flashboard was then installed allowing the owner to adjust the dam crest elevation for various river flows.
