Harvard’s new computer science and electrical engineering center is located in the congested North Yard of their Cambridge campus. Extensive logistical planning was required to minimize disruption to pedestrian and vehicle traffic, adjoining classrooms, and historic dormitories. State-of-the-art computer science and electrical engineering technology is incorporated throughout the building, as well as sophisticated MEP systems. This project was designed by Payette Associates and completed on a fast-track basis to meet its Fall opening deadline.
