Bennington College - CAPA
CAPA is a complex of three small buildings. The new center will house a new curriculum initiative with classrooms, and a small conference facility equipped with broadcasting and recording capabilities.
Deerfield Academy - Fitness Center & Greer Store Renovations
Deerfield Academy will renovate their existing Fitness Center & Greer Store Dining Hall with additional classrooms and a vast expansion and improvement to their training facilities.
Deer Island
The Deer Island Primary and Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation project consists of cleaning, repairs and collector equipment replacements.
Fields Point WWTF
The Narragansett Bay Commission required a new design for their Field’s Point Wastewater Treatment Facility to reduce total nitrogen before discharging to the bay.
Lee Moretti Guest House
This 2,100-square-foot custom guesthouse is being built on a picturesque site in rural Dutchess County, New York. The building is the anchor structure that begins the development of the property to be followed by the construction of a Main house in the spring of 2010.
Lyman Street Bridge
The work consists of the replacement of the Lyman Street Bridge over the Second Level Canal. The new bridge will be built on the existing alignment. The project will include roadway work at the approaches to the bridge.
Taunton Courthouse
This new facility will provide 147,000 square feet of space under one roof for district, probate, family, juvenile and housing courts, as well as various offices. Several photos are available of this on-going project in Taunton, MA.
J. Michael Ruane Judicial Center
This project consolidates five court departments into two adjacent buildings, offering opportunities for shared resources and building efficiencies. Several photos are available of this on-going project in Salem, MA.
UConn Gentry
The Gentry Completion Project houses the Neag School of Education and is an extensive renovation to its classrooms, offices, laboratories and other departmental space. Several photos are available of this on-going project in Storrs, CT
