Bunker Hill Community College Health & Wellness Center

This 48,000-square-foot building houses state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories supporting nurse education and health profession students. This structure also provides additional faculty and administrative offices, a gymnasium, and a fitness center. Several photos are available of this completed project in Charlestown, MA. The LEED Gold-certified H&WC met the new Massachusetts LEED Plus standards for green buildings and exceeded Massachusetts’ energy reduction guidelines by 20 percent.
