BHCC Health & Wellness Center

This 48,000-square-foot building houses state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories supporting students majoring in nurse education and health professions. This structure also provides additional faculty and administrative offices, a gymnasium and a fitness center. Several photos are available of this completed project in Charlestown, MA. The anticipated LEED Silver-certified H&WC will meet the new Massachusetts LEED Plus standards for green buildings and exceed Massachusetts’ energy reduction guidelines by 20 percent.
