330 Whitney Ave Executive Office Park

This project involved construction of an eight-story, 135,000 square foot office building on a 15 acre site. The facade is polished granite with ribbon windows. A separate tenant work project completed two and one-half floors of the building to serve as construction manager and general contractor for both projects.
