Harvard University Grays Hall

Harvard University Grays Hall
This historic dormitory in the midst of Harvard Yard received significant interior and exterior restoration and renovations within the strict guidelines for historic preservation projects. The three-month time frame for construction, during the summer break, required substantial preplanning and complex scheduling. During preconstruction, we helped determine the scope of work, budget, and define items needing pre-purchase. CBT/Childs Bertman Tseckares served as architect for the project. Winner of a Certificate of Excellence for Project Team Effectiveness from the New England Construction Users Council. Winner of a National Trust For Historic Preservation Honor Award.
