| This multiple-component project included a new 61,000 sq-ft assisted living residence containing 42 assisted living units and 22 specialty care units for Alzheimer patients. An adjoining 200-bed nursing home facility was substantially renovated while remaining fully occupied and operational. An 18,000 sq-ft addition to the nursing home creates space for administrative offices, home health care delivery, and other ambulatory services. The work required daily interaction with nursing home residents and a planned relocation program for each phase of renovation. |
