ITT Hartford Tower Building

ITT Hartford Tower Building

DOC served as construction manager for the interior demolition and reconstruction of this entire 22-story office tower. Renovations included asbestos abatement and reconstruction of 450,000 sq-ft of office space. Complex scheduling and project management were required to complete the phases construction schedule with a minimum of disruption to the building's occupants. This project received the award for Excellence in Project Team Effectiveness from the New England Construction User's Council.
