| DOC served as construction manager for the interior demolition and reconstruction of this mixed-use complex. Renovations included a new food court pavilion, base building system upgrades, and 200,00 sq-ft of tenant fitout. This project, designed by Sumner Schein Architects, required four phases, complex logistical planning, management of multiple corporate tenants, and accelerated schedules. |
